sk888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification, at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by sk888 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active sk888 Account at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. sk888 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate Accounts are identified, sk888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending or settled Wagers, and confiscate any Balances held across those Accounts without prior notice.

4.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sk888 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sk888 will never request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

You must notify sk888 support immediately — via live chat at [email protected] — if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. sk888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account use where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your sk888 Account at any time by contacting customer support. sk888 may suspend or permanently close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where required to do so for regulatory, legal, or responsible gaming reasons.

sk888 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and USDT (Tether). Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the sk888 cashier interface at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• Deposits processed via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your sk888 Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on your banking institution.
• sk888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which sk888 bears no responsibility.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the sk888 Platform are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. sk888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests from sk888 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This requires submission of a valid CNIC and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier interface and are subject to periodic revision.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• sk888 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of KYC approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

6.2 Withdrawal Refusal

sk888 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) KYC documentation has not been provided or is unsatisfactory; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would breach any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• sk888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedging bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — will have their bonus voided, their Account suspended, and any associated Balance forfeited.

All Wagers placed on the sk888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Cricket betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, and specialty games each carry their own rules, which are made available within the Platform interface.

8.1 General Betting Conditions

• A Wager is binding once confirmed and accepted by the sk888 system. Players should review all selections carefully before confirming any bet.
• sk888 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds or stakes that were the result of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or system error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• Maximum Wager and maximum payout limits may apply to specific markets and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the Platform interface.
• sk888 may impose individual betting restrictions on any Account where unusual patterns are detected, including limitations on stakes or markets, without prior notice.

8.2 Disputed Results

Where a Player disputes a Wager result, the dispute must be raised within 30 days of the event settlement. sk888's decision on result disputes, made in good faith and with reference to official event records, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk888 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the sk888 Platform or its underlying software.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing sk888 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk888, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond sk888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, or game results that may be subject to correction.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any nature, howsoever caused.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits sk888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
